Besides stacked duplexes, KTI Homes designs and builds custom homes for people who own land or are buying it.
How it works
We start with the lot: its size, its shape, and what can go on it. Then we talk about how you want to live in the house, how many bedrooms you need, and what you want to spend. From there we design the home with you and price it before anything is built.
Who builds it
Custom homes are built by Local Houston Builder, the construction company in the same group, so design and construction stay under one roof.

- Bring whatever you have: a survey, photos of the lot, sketches, or homes you like.
- Pricing depends on the design, the size of the home, and the site. We give current pricing in writing once we know what you want to build.
