KTI Homes wants everyone to be able to use this site. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we do

• Semantic page structure, keyboard navigation, and visible focus indicators.
• Text alternatives for images and sufficient color contrast in light and dark modes.
• Reduced motion for visitors who ask their device to minimize animation.
• Forms with labeled fields and a bot check that does not require solving a puzzle.

Third-party services

Rental applications, resident portals, payments, and bookings are provided by third parties. If you have trouble using one of them, contact us and we will help you another way.
